Jaser Zaabri: Jaser Zaabri is an American Jordanian entrepreneur and business executive focused on building companies across construction, disaster restoration, recruiting, real estate, and hospitality investment. He is the Founder & CEO of Evolve Holdings (Investment & Operating Group), a privately held platform that manages and invests in multiple industries. Raised in the United States within a Jordanian business family, Jaser was exposed to international markets from an early age. His father, Munir Zaabri, and relatives were involved in engineering, construction, oilfield services, and trading across the UAE and surrounding regions. This background shaped his interest in business and operations. Zaabri studied at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, earning a degree in marketing and management. He later continued executive education at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Jay Zaabri also worked in consumer brands, including XS Energy Drinks, where he helped expand the business internationally. In 2022, he founded Evolve Holdings, bringing together companies across construction, recruiting, and investment sectors.
